Receiving my e-mails on my BlackBerry

To receive your e-mails on your BlackBerry, regardless of the type of BlackBerry subscription you have:

1. You have a BIS, BlackBerry Internet Server,
2. You have a BES, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and receive the e-mails which arrive in your work inbox,

Are you a new user? Create your account in a few clicks

After clicking on ‘Create a new account’, read the terms and conditions for use of the service and then tick the box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions for use’.

Then click on ‘I accept’.

Your PIN number and the IMEI number of the device (its serial number, marked underneath the battery: it is therefore necessary to switch off your BlackBerry to be able to remove the battery safely and get the information required).

Then follow the instructions given in order to receive your private e-mails directly on your BlackBerry.
