Top-up your TIPTOP card by SMS by debiting the amount to your current account with BCEE. The possibility to top-up your TIPTOP card by SMS is offered to you in partnership with the Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat and its “Express Reload” service.

To register all you have to do is call at a branch of the BCEE, or one of our phone shops; please take with you your account number and an identity document and complete the form provided for that purpose. Once your registration has been validated you will receive by SMS a security code which will enable you to identify yourself whenever you top-up your call credit or when registering a participating mobile phone number.

To top-up your own mobile phone all you have to do is send the following message by SMS to the short number 64002: security code#top-up amount: €10, €15 or €25 (for example 1234#10 to top-up your number with €10).

To register a participating number all you have to do is send the following message by SMS to the short number 64002: security code#number of the mobile phone to be added (for example 1234#621123456 to add the number 621123456).

To top-up a participating number all you have to do is send the following message by SMS to the short number 64002: security code#top-up amount#related mobile phone number (for example 1234#10#621123456 to top-up the number 621123456 with €10).
